 30-Day Return Policy

Not happy with your order? No problem.

If for any reason you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your bottle, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us at admin@pawsipp.store and we'll take care of the rest.


 Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind every PawSip™ bottle for life. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

        • The cap leaks due to a production defect (not from dropping or misuse)

        • The silicone bowl peels or detaches without any physical impact

        • The stainless steel body rusts under normal use conditions

If any of these issues occur, simply send us a photo at admin@pawsipp.store and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

 What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

      • Damage from dropping or impact

      • Lost or stolen bottles

      • Damage caused by chewing (dogs love a good chew — we get it)

      • Misuse or use outside the intended purpose

Shipping Times

We understand that waiting for your order can be a bit exciting (and a little nerve-wracking too!). That’s why we’re transparent about our shipping times and what to expect:

  • United States:
     Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days
     (Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.)

  • International:
     Estimated delivery time: 9-18 business days
     (Depending on the destination country and customs processing.)
